Calendar

Regular meetings are held at 1:00 pm on the first Wednesday of each month at the Peach State Bank, 325 Washington Street, Gainesville, GA, 3rd Floor. Programs are presented by guest speakers and members.

This year there will be two conferences replacing the regular monthly meetings in February and September. The conferences will also be held at the Peach State Bank, 3rd floor. The conferences will run 90 minutes with a 15 minute break. Cost: Members - $12.50 for the September conference due with your annual dues payment, Non-members - $25 for each conference. Pre-registration is required. Send a check payable to: Northeast Georgia Writers, c/o Marianne Scott, 719 Robin Hood Trail, Gainesville, GA 30501. Your check should be postmarked a week prior to the conference (No registration at the door).

The annual Awards Luncheon (May), Summer Picnic (June), and Christmas Party (December) will be held elsewhere.

Members with limited mobility and guests may park at the Peach State Bank. All other members please park at St Paul United Methodist Church across the street from the bank, as we have permission to use their spaces for overflow parking. (Please do not park in front of the glass doors of the church as those spaces are for their staff).
